Refund Policy

Because every order is custom-made to your specification, our refund policy is different from standard retail.

Manufacturing defects

If any item arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken stitching, misprint against the approved mockup, wrong size vs. the confirmed size chart), contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and we will remake or refund the affected units.

Approval-based orders

Because production only begins after you approve the digital mockup, we cannot refund orders for errors present in the approved mockup (spelling, colors, roster). Please review carefully before approving.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before you approve the mockup. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
